    Default Blackberry servies not being renewed by airtel

    Hello,

    I have been with Airtel since 12 years and never experienced any problem till now..

    My blackberry internet services doesnt get activated even after numerous calls to customer care and activation messages

    Mobile No: 9000490989
    BB PIN: 27E9D802

    Ive been getting this message whenever I send BIS 9900 to 121 "Dear Customer, We already have a provisioning request under processing. Please wait while we process your request"

    And Ive been getting this problem since past 5 days and customer support is least cared to solve the issue.
    They always say we have lodged a complaint and should be activated within 24 hours.
    But nothing really works out.

    Sometimes they say Airtel is having some server issues, which is none of my problem.
    they are not here running a small time website to have such problems.

    And above all we cant wait for them to fix their issues.

    If my BIS doesnt get activated within next 24 hours, its better i change my service provider to something more reliable.
    And I hope AIRTEL again doesnt have any server issues while processing the MNP.

    Even the "airtelpresence" is just another way of pampering their customers.
