non refund of security money (RELIANCE GSM) Dear Sir,
I Nasreen Zabi, customer id /cont id 389255/3106831 .Mobile sim no 9861051437 want to bring your kind notice that i had surrendered the above mentioned sim card along with the affidavit copy and a surrender application form at Ms Sampat rai & sons ,B.K ROAD, CUTTACK on dated 8-04-2005and requested to reimburse my security amount.
But after several reminders and request i did'nt got any replies.So this compelled me to take shelter of consumer court.
