    Default Cheating by Vodafone Mobile Internet Services

    Hi, I am Nilesh Chauhan. I want to complaint against Vodafone mobile Internet Services. My details are as under: 1. I recharged Vodafone Internet pack on Nov 27,2011 [ 2 GB, Rs. 147, validity for 30 days, Transaction id: GJ111065935324 ] 2. I received activation message showing that my internet data pack is activated & validity is only 10 days. i.e. it will expire on Dec. 7, 2011 3. I immediately called Vodafone customer care & they answered me that I do not need to worry, they will extend my validity & will give me 30 days for internet use. 4. But on Dec. 7, 2011 the internet pack expired. I used about 65% & rest 35% was wasted (about 600 MB). 5. On Dec 8, I called Vodafone customer care 7-8 times for complain, but they are not answering me. During first 4 calls they didn’t attend the call & in remaining 3-4 times they did some trick in their system that I was not even able to reach their customer care operator menu. 6. I have preserved all the messages about this transaction & now want to complain in consumer court. Clearly, this is an intentional harassment; I want do as much as I can against this. Let me tell you this is the first bitter experience from Vodafone’s Internet Services. But if established telecom giants never miss a chance to earn money (by any means, sometimes by providing good service & sometimes by cheating persons like me) why shouldn’t I use my rights as a consumer?     My Name is Ali Shaik and am based out of Hyderabas, AP. I am a 4 year old Vodafone customer, i call my self as a FAN of Hutch/Vodafone.... I recently bought a Blackberry Bold and activated with Vodafone BB Internet service, But I am really upset with the kind of service they are providing. I am spending Rs. 399/Month and but the BBI services is absolutely waste. Internet fluctuates for every 1 hour and i dont get emails for hours and i have to switch it of and then start to receive the internet services. BROWSING!!!!!!!!! woooooo.... That's too horrible, take a lot of time to open a page and finally error msg pops up "I feel like am in 7th sky if the page loads properly:.

    Finally, I logged a complaint on 16th of January and they said i will get the call from our technical BBI technical service, which i never got. I called again, same answer, i called up again, again again and again, same answer.

    My close friend using AIRTEL BBI services and he said its awesome. I tried it once using my dad's ATIREL Number for a week with Rs. 100/7 days plan. you don't believe it was an awesome experience works like anything.

    The most difficult thing I found with VODAFONE Customer support is 'IVR" it takes too long to connect to a human being and that person takes all my information and then forwards to another person and then another person to another person.... this time they are BBI technical people. when i asked them to give me a direct number they gave 55666 which is absolutely useless... "Try if you want".


    I am not at all happy to switch to another service provider but these guys are forcing me to do that. Somebody please help me to get my problem solved.
    I want to be with VODAFONE, but with this kind of BBI services that is not at all possible.


    AIRTEL provides super fast internet for Rs. 399/Month.

    what should do?

    Please help.
