    Question Airtel Deducted 400 Rs without any reason

    Hello Sir/Madam

    I am using airtel prepaid mobile phone connection .

    On 4th december 2011, i recharged it with 333 and my total balance was around RS 425 .

    On 5th morning when i woke up,i was shocked to see my balance to 6 RS.

    I contacted airtel customer care,they told only 23Rs has been deducted form 4th december.That too Rs.17 has been deducted for automatic internet activation.

    I haven't used the internet using my mobile at night, Since we too have a
    airtel unlimited broadband service at home.

    If internet was accidentally 'on' on my mobile,my nokia E series phone will clearly indicate the connection.
    But it was not the case.

    The customer care have only raised a request ,but till now no action has been taken.
