Subject :- Bad Service Provider for Airtel.


Dear sir,

I have very long bad experience in Airtel for so many time.

1st incident...My Airtel No 9958771535 i listen a prerecorded Call for Airtel they told me recharge for Rs.43/- and and you get Full Talk time and 1 year 1 paisa Call but
airtel not send balance 43 Rupees. so i talk to your customer care exe they told me this call not for you so i will tell that guy there is not massage in prerecorded call
for this massage not for me and complain for a Consumer foram and then airtel is back to my money.

2nd incident....

I purchase a New No to my mother Mobile No. 9560905259 Airtel Cut for 30 Rs Caller tune without intimation.
then i call to customer care and know it what is this and send a massage to stop that service but again next month they cut 30 Ruppes
in my account i call to customer care to lauch a complain and back to my decdited money but customer care officer not lauch my complain
and stop that service and tell me your money is not back.

3nd incident....

I purchase a New Number in the name of Raj kumar Saraf for local airtel dealer and submit our id of Address prof but after some time Airtel discountinue my Service's
then i will go to Airtel Nehru Place Outlet they told me resubmit our Id Proof but that time ID resubmit Form is not there they come after 2 weeks
then i will resumbit my ID they told me 3 more days to verify your Document and then start your Mobile Number but the number is not start again and i call customer care after
a Week and tell my Mobile number to know what to do it for resart my mobile number they told after a long time past so that
we terminate your number and Mobile number not start plz purchase a new mobile Number my Number is 8800101349.

and i have very bad impression on Airtel lots of time Customer is suffer and i am very long user in airtel because her network is very good i recment lots of friends to use airtel
but what is do for current days.

Plz solve my Problems to Suffer in Airtel user and come back to my Money.
