Airtel-postpaid:no service since nov 24 2011

I have been using Airte prepaid and swithed to idea prepaid,after that i wanted a post paid connection so i wanted too go back to airtel. I applied for re-porting on 19th of nov through sudheendra communications-mangaloreand was told that i will be able to get connectoion within 7 days but adress enquiry came after 7 days and m noy havving service to that number from 24th of nov and finaaly when there was service from 3rd of dec but no incoming calls,and is affecting my work and personal life,now i want to cancel the airtel connection and awitch to other service provider ,i want a solution to the nuiscence by airtel.
