I am an Idea cell user since last 6yrs with my prepaid connection no. 9603679769. On january 24th 2013 i got a message of resubmission of documents. Till now i have submitted for more than 3 times. Recently on March 13, 2013 i again submitted the proofs. They said it will activate in 24 hours. But still it is in inactive state. Being a professional, It is extremely difficult and embarrassing with the promt from your side that the services for this number are still on hold. This is very important number for me and it is point of contact. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
