    Angry Regular Call drops from AIRTEL

    Hi,

    My name is Ganesh Maruti Madge, Cell No 9561026140, Complaint for regular call drop was raised on 17th Nov 2011 Complaint no 40635882, I have called airtel complaint no for atleast 3 times to check the status but no responce from them (F967990931 & F970106377 when airtel added quote on complate ). On 28th/29th Nov there should be compaint resolution time but no call received hence I called to ask about the status. Customer care informed me that will get call by 6PM same day. But no call received from Airtel and when i called after two days to check the complaint status. Complaint was resolved with note "Customer cell phone was not reachable". Which was just a note i am sure nobody called coz at that time was at work and at work i cant keep my cell phone swittched off or not reachable.
    Also they themselve registered new complaint 40867319 with a new resolution date of 12th Dec 2011. There is no co-operation from airtel to resolve the issue. I request you to help me this getting sorted
