i m a charetered accountant and have been using using airtel prepaid from the last 7 years and i used to think that they are not cheats like other companies but i was wrong from the past six months they themselves activate various services and start charging Rs 5 per day for some video parlor service and same is the case on my other airtel number on which they activate a service called celeb gossip. i have called customer care several times every times each time they tell me that the service has been deactivated from our side but after 2-3 days again the same story starts. i have recorded all the conversations and have all the messages saved and when i told this to the customer care representative that i will make a complaint to TRAI regarding this then to my surprise he said you can do whatever you want and disconnected the phone.
