    Angry Activation fee was not returned back

    Sir,

    I am A Relience GMS user. I received a phone call from Reliance Communication on 22nd of november offering me to convert my pre-paid plan to postpaid connection by paying just Rs.199/month and enjoy unlimited calling all STD s calls. I was very much impressed with the offer given by one of the relience agent and decided to choose the offer.Within two hours of the same day an executive arrived at my home and made slip of Rs.250 for activation of the service including one month of advanced payment,but next day i received their phone call again and they just asked for the postal address. After giving all the required information i wanted to confirm the offer again and this time they changed their words.They said that according to the offer a person will get only 15000secs and local Reliance to Reliance free. So i didn't like the offer and asked them to return my money then they Said request is received and i will get back my money soon.But now when i call on the same number from where i received the call they do not respond to it and if someone picks the call i am not satisfied by the instruction given by them.

    So now i just do not want the offers and will be very much thankful if they pay attention to my problem and return back my money.

    According to the receipt which i received the following information was provided;

    RELIANCE communication.
    ARCHSIM,
    1107/10, Govindpuri, New Delhi-19,
