    Post Complain agains Airtel - Postpaid

    Hi,

    my name is Tufail Ahmad and my number is 9871719788. I'm using this postpaid EXL CUG number from long time. my bill plan was advance rental which was completed on 24th Nov. on 1st Nov. i got massage that my plan is completing so i thought to change my plan to Hewitt monthly rental plan. as I switched to hewitt 3 year back from EXL. for that I sent an email to corporate email ID as well as to the Nodal and customer care id's provided my by the Airtl RM visited our office. but after 4 email I haven’t received any reply. after waiting a week I called up the customer service and they told me to contact Appellate Authority for this issue. i called Appellate Authority for the same and they told me to visit Airtel shop. next day I visited the airtel shop but they are not ready to do chang my plan I call appellate again for this they inform me some document need to taken by me for this changes. I asked them that they should tll me this thing yesterday then this should ot be the problem. then again again I visited airtel shop around 5 time and e very time they ask me for new document and when i call the appellate they also ask me for the same. I asked them to tell me the complete documentation so that i'll take the m in one go but every time they given me wrong information i asked them to escalate this to ur manager they always in the attitude that there is no escalation for them. on 24th Nov I was able to raise a request for plan change as well as the ownership change from EXL to Hewitt. and I have been ask to wait 72 hour but on 26th I got confirmation from Airtel that ur request is closed and ur plan and ownership will be cha nge from monday 28th Nov. it its not been changed yet. when I called the appellate on 29th they told me that they are escalating this and it will be rectified with in 24 hours but again the sam this when today 30th nov nothing has bee n changed and whn I called up they are again asking me to wait for 72 hour and that lady Monika disconnected my call with the attitude that whatever they do is correct and I can’t escalate anything against them. My problem is this that i'm using this number from long time and don't want to change it thats why waiting from 1 month to change these things.


    Its been a month now and I don't want to wait any more. Please take a look and let me know if you can do anything or not. Otherwise I have transfer my number into prepaid and switch to other service provided because i'm totally frustrated by this. my whole family is using airtel.

    Hi Rakesh,

    How much time u need from me. its more then a month now. Let me know ASAP whether you are able to do something or not. because my plan is already over u guys activated a 300 rs monthly plan. and because of u guys I'm not going to pay this much of rental which no services. I'm frustated with this followup, if u are not able to then I'll go for my next option to change my service provider.

    Looking for a early response from ur side.
