Change of my billing address
My name is Manmohan Nautiyal & my no. is 9999598032. I wrote a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to change my billing address on 27.07.2012 but till date i have not received any reply from there. I am noticing that the customer services are very poor of VODAPHONE-INDIA.
Today i have put 3 reminder on the same ID. Please help me out to resolve this issue.
If possible, provide me some email IDs at Country level to put the issue in front of them.

Rs. 850 /- Stolen (Vodafone 3G Data plan)
I activated a Vodafone Data Plan(Rs.850/- 3G, 6 GB) yesterday night. and today in the morning i was going through the daily offers by Vodafone by dialing *111*2*5#. where I found an offer of a Plan (Rs.5/-, 30 MB), I was happy and readily went for it, thinking that 30 MB will be added to my existing data balance.
i availed this offer, and by doing so my existing plan was deactivated.(Rs.850/- Gone).
During the activation of this Plan (Rs.5/- 2G, 30 MB), there was not a single confirmation or warning that my existing plan(Rs.850/- 3G, 6 GB) will be deactivated, which is exactly what happened.
Today form the morning i have called Vodafone Customer Care 5 times, and explained to the executives at all level about this. but their reply was that i should have known this before availing the offer.
My question is - How the hell was I supposed to know? After tiring explanation and reasoning, though they admitted that the problem was with their software, their reply was that they cannot restore my original 3G Plan, or refund my money(Rs.850/-). They gave me a Number(02071717171), which was always busy.

Vodafone Activated Caller Tune automatically
Vodafone activated callertune and deducted around 17 rupees from my account. When I called Customer Care executive Rajesh M(Karnataka), he is also not ready to take the responsibility. Previously Airtel done the same thing on me and I selected Vodafone, now need to fly again I think so. So sad on this Vodafone.
Worst Customer care services by vodafone
I had activated 3g services on my phone on 3rd Aug at around 2:30pm,soon after i enabled the 3g mode of my phone and as soon as i enabled it my balance which was rs8.313 was deducted to 0.003. On complaining on vodafone's complaint helpline i didn't get a satisfactory ans,they were arguing that i had used Internet on my phone whereas i didn't open my web browser,i asked them to tell me the ip address of the website they claim i have opened but they were trying to mislead me and were not giving the answers to my questions.there have been earlier instances too were they had deducted the balance without any reason,but this time i couldn't bear there monopoly,i even warned them on the name of going to a consumer court but they were rigid at there stand.so i just want a legal intervention in this case so that there monopoly can b ruled out.
There was another problem,the day i registered the complaint on consumer forum,i also talked to one of your customer care executive,and he misleaded,he asked me to send request for the prepaid bill and told me that the service is toll free,and there are no chrages for requesting a bill.after listening to him i did the same and messaged BILL to 111,and as soon as in messaged,rs49 were deducted from my account,and the amount was not refunded inspite of my several requests,beacuse the miscommunication from your end and why should i suffer for that?
i had registered complaint on consumer forum,and in spite of sharing my contact no. there wasn't any assistance provided from vodafone!!

I am shrikant b aher . I am using Vodafone post paid mobile connection my mobile no.9819369420.
I regret to inform my outgoing calls are barred by Vodafone on 7/9/2012. And reason told to me as my unbilled amt was exceeded than credit limit.
My credit limit is as per my bill is Rs.5,500/-
My unbilled amt is Rs.9,046.40
There are few questions I want to ask and expect satisfactory answer otherwise I have to proceed for legal action against your organization.
1. why my outgoing calls were barred without my permeation?
2. If I was about to cross credit limit why I was not informed?
3. Why Vodafone was waiting till amount reach Rs.9,046.40
4. Why should I suffer because of fault?
5. When I can expect action against this written complaint?
6. Because of Vodafone I had suffered loss of Rs.20,000/- who is going to give me compensation?
Since last 3 days I am to able to make any call I am suffering financial loss also its mental harassment to me. I expect serious action and reply kindly consider this letter as written complaint if there is no reply from your end it will lead to legal process.

Cheating regarding best offer
I HEARD MY BEST OFFER ON 121 OF GETTING 180 LOCAL MINUTES ON RECHARGE OF Rs.55
HOWEVER AFTER MANY DAYS I TRIED FOR DIALING *225*43 TO CHECK WHEATHER I GOT THE OFFER ON MY PHONE.
BUT AFTER MANY DAYS ,I Didn't GOT IT SO I VISITED THE STORE.THEY SAID THE SAID OFFER IS ACTIVATED AND UR ARE USING UR LOCAL MINUTES.HE SAID TO DIAL *225*7#THEREFORE I REMAINED ASSURED AND STARTED USING MY FONE FOR CALLING.it was showing me ur having 110 local minutes
BUT WHEN I DIALED IT IS NOW SHOWING STD MINUTES AND Rs. 30 was deducted from my phone for my call.
Unnecessary charges added to my first vodafone Bill - No 7827937127
Hi,I already mailed about my problem to Corporatecare.Del@vodafone.com but I'm not getting any response since last 7-8 days.I've opted for vodafone corporate postpaid plan last month which have 249/- rental per month. Under this plan I have 600 minutes per month of calling STD & Local together.In the billing period of 29Aug 2012 to 2 Sep 2012 (5 days) , I have made 21 minutes Local call and 28 minutes of STD calls (Total 49 minutes). But according to my plan I have 600 minutes of calling in a month which means approx 20 minutes daily. So I should be getting 100 minutes of calling for 5 days. My usage does not exceed the 100 minutes as I made calls of only 49 minutes which falls within the rental amount. My question is why extra charges were added to my Bill. I was told by customer service executive that charges were genuine and can't be revert back.I mailed my cencern to below mentioned mail IDs but still no response from their end.
