This is to report an issue of harassment calls from Telephone Service Provider Idea. I owned an Idea# 8010561246. I was a regular bill payer of this number. In the month of Sep 2011, I was given a bill of 1400 rupees. When I asked for the explanation of the uses, I was told that my GPRS uses were high and I was using a various service on my phone. I never asked for a service, I don’t have a high services compatible phone as well. Before the generation of this bill I received a call from Airtel department, the representative said that I had been using services and I am liable to pay for the bill of 1400. I requested the person to discontinue the services as I never requested and I never used. They did nothing. and in return at last I have to throw away the Idea sim and asked a new connection of vodafone. know they are calling my relatives and friend circle and abusing them with bad words which is not a good manner by any means and in addition the representative are female but still using languages like teri maa ki, teri behan ki.......how a commom person can affored tht...is there any means I can get justice or else plz give me the address os the representative need to talk her face to face.
