Sir,

I m using my Docomo since 1 year, n at the intial stage didnt had any problem.. but recently when i recharged Rs.85.00 which had a validity of 30 days. but suddenly next day itself Rs.30 got reduced in my balance,, i called the CC executive,, mam first apolozised for the mistake,, then she refunded the amount which was in my Special balance, next day suddenly that amount also got reduced, then again i did the same exercise, but this time i was told as i had sent some msgs so that Rs.30 got deducted... i m amazed here that how come special balance got reduced for sms where as the main balance was as same..
Next again the next day, Rs.10 got reduced.... when i enquired at CC..he said that it was their technical mistake and they wud refund that amount within 2 hours but now it is 96 hours,,, they have not refunded...

Now i conclude here that i m going to change d service ..
and shame to tata docomo....
they are very cheap...
