Unwanted services activated on reliance gsm

Respected Sir,

My self Ajay Kumar Gupta, is a Reliance GSM number 9883130576 user since many years and i have found myself a victim of their service many times before.. But this time i have decided to take action against them and need help of you guys..

Its not about getting my money back. Its about getting my piece of mind which i have to loss many times due to their dirty and irresponsible service.

They always and frequently activates their unwanted subscription for their value added paid services on my GSM mobile number 9883130576 WITHOUT ANY REQUEST FOR ACTIVATION FROM MY SIDE.

I called their customer service center but did not got any help from them. They are doing this without any fear and they used to do it with me very frequently.

My GSM SIM number is 833000002241136 (which is written behind SIM)

The last 2 value added services they activated is as below..

1st Service details

SMS From: RM-OSIYAN
Service Name: CRICKET DAY PASS
Value: Rs 5 for 1 Day
Date of Activation: 20/11/2011

2nd service details
====================
SMS From: RM-OSIYAN
Service Name: BEAUTYCHARM Service
Value: Rs 20 for 20 days.
Date of Activation: 27/11/2011

I am really looking forward to hear back from you guys since i think they need a learn a strict lesson so that many consumers like me do not suffer from their stupid acts..

As i had portIn my personal number 9876857940 into reliance network..but from some days two services are activated on my number without any request .. and balance deducted from my number because of this..service's name are SymRWOnesub and SymVJOkesSub..as i called up ur customer care number and 198 regularly frm last week so that i can deact this services and revert my balance ASAP. but everytime CCE said " my system is on updation" which really impact our trust towards reliance network......after taking all necessary steps , i decide to request you to help me during this note... so please deact these services ASAP and revert my all balance as i havnt given any request for activation of any service on mine number ....waiting for your earliest response otherwise it will force me to go on another operator..
