    Question Complaint against Airtel - prepaid

    Sir,

    My mobile number is 9880374774.

    I, Koka Usha Rao, would like to register a complaint against airtel service provider. They suspended my outgoing calls on 15th November 2011 within 24 hour notice period and incoming calls on 20th November 2011 stating that the documents submitted pertaining to Airtel mobile number were incorrect.

    I had submitted all the documents as per government regulation and at that time they did not complain about anything. All the documents are perfectly correct. They can cross check and verify. I feel cheated as I have been a loyal customer of Airtel from the past 8 years.

    Unhappy bad network and unsatisfactory service

    I have an airtel connection whose number is 9935607127 the network is very bad and previously complaint has been made but no action has been taken yet.
    So kindly solve my problem as sooner as possible

    Post Complaint against Airtel Prepaid disconnection

    Dear Sir,

    I Manohar Lal my number is 8802619040, I was given application for porting my number aircel to airtel on 31.10.2011 at Uttam nagar ( Ayus Communication
    RZ-27/1Am Uttam Nagar, Main Najafgarh Road, Opp Metro Pillar No. 659. New Delhi -110059).

    I have submitted my all the documents at same service centre on 31.10.2011, after two or three day my number was not working then I again give all my
    document to same service centre on 18/11/2011 thereafter my number is not working, then third time I give my all document to them on 21.11.2011 but still
    my no is not activated.

    customer support is helpless, I am asking to service centre the status of my all documents given by me three time, they are not support well,

    I am very irritate before 25 days with Airtel service and their service centre head named Anil Kumar and Sonia (Uttam Nagar Branch),

    Default Credit of amount not done on reactivated SIM

    Hello

    I am an Airtel prepaid services user since long and right now frustrated due an incident that shook my trust on Airtel.

    I bought a new Prepaid Airtel SIM ( Number- 8527202201) around 1st week of October 2011 and I bought it from a shop where I used to go since long and filled the papers myself and submitted all the documents.
    After a week my SIM got activated on 8th of October 2011, 2:53pm and and I started using it. My first recharge was on 9th of October 2011 , 3:40pm of Rs 52 (TransID-643317474). It worked fine for days.
    My second recharge was on 14th of October 2011 12:03pm of Rs 350 (TransID- 658093437) and I used only a few rupees of my talktime and on 7th of November 2011,my SIM was deactivated with approx Rs 344balance in it. There was no message and no call received for the deactivation and it was suddenly stopped.

    I was shocked at this as I used the SIM for more than a month when it happened and went to Airtel Relationship Centre sector-25 Noida on 10th November 2011. They refused to activate my SIM and said it was deactivated due to the non receival of documents (but my point is how could a SIM work for more than a month without documents and if that is the case any Anti-national groups can use it for sure, which is a serious threat to secuirty). I gave the same logic to the staff but they were not accepting it and so I called Nodal Officer and raised a ticket (CCHRP21110879095) and he promised me that the SIM will be activated and I will get the credit within 48 hours.
    Finally my SIM got activated on 15th of November 2011 but with no credit of the last balanced amount.
    I waited for 48 hours nothing happened and again went to the Relationship centre and they suggested me to talk to customer care but customer care said that they can't credit the amount. And the Airtel Relationship centre staff said there job is to just issue the duplicate SIM and they are not responsible for any credit.
    I again contacted Nodal Officer on 21st of November 2011 and talked to Harpreet and she promised the amount will come within 72 hours (Ticket no- CBTFS21121978972). On the same day I got a call from customer care that they can't give the credit and I need to talk to the Nodal Officer or the Relationship Centre. I again called Nodal Officer the same day and contacted Heena and she said that it will be done within 72 hours.

    And after 3 days I called Nodal Officer again today and again contacted Harpreet and she said that in her records she is getting that there was no balance in my SIM or account which I am sure I had of Rs 344 approx.
    And when I told her to let me talk to her supervisor she said that the supervisor is absent and then asked for somebody else and she said that nobody is there and I will get a call back within 2 hours, which I was sure I didn't and now I am writing the mail to you.
    I also requested for the copy of my call details on my mail from 14th October 2011 to 7th November 2011.

    My point is if such a frustrating service is provided to me, who knows about the corporate world , what would happen to the poor, who are not so tech savvy people, in this country.
    I really want some kind of resolution from Airtel because it is not about the money.
    It is all about work culture ethics and objective of the organisation.

    I have an airtel connection whose number is 9970983514. it has come to my notice that everday 1.Rs is deducted from my balance.. i made a call to the airtel customer care regarding this,,, upon saying, they assured me that..within 24 hours ur problem will be solved and you will receive a message. now , its day 5, no massage has still arrived, & still i m paying 1/ rupee for i don't know which service.... its a bullshit service provider....and i will not suggest anyone to opt for airtel.....now m planning to kick off the service of airtel...very soon...

    Angry Complaint against Airtel prepaid

    My money is deducted even I have not registered for any hello tune or ringtone.
    Now Airtel is not refunding any amount to me.

    They have done similar things with my friends also. This case is happening with almost every 4th or 5th customer of Airtel.

    My request to ask them to refund my amount.

    My number is 9717287683.

    Airtel has found a good trick to loot carores of money by following such type of bad practices.
    It is not only my concern but these type of issues should be taken over higher priority.
    The interesting fact is that Airtel has developed fake proofs also to show that user himself has subscribed for these type of services.

    Its really frustrating, specially for a middle class person like me.
    A complaint against hellotune sounds to be non important but if the indian law will take harsh actions against these type of small issues then it can save the future bigger scam.

    My concern is not only get the refund amount but also impose a good panalty against the company so that these type of scenario will never happen in future.
