Un acknowledged crediting of rs. 500/- to my postpaid no. 9910550916 Dear sir,
I am holding the postpaid no. 9910550916 , every month I am suffering from false billing from your company at postpaid bill. This month Rs. 500.00 has been credited the postpaid no. towards internet service without any intimation or being any acknowledge from me. This is not acceptable. Atleast being a customer we have the right to opt for any scheme. for this the customer care should confirm and confirm through sms and voice call, then only you can implement any scheme. Please acknowledge me how this amount has been credited please debit it from my unused bill amount.

My name is Vimalesh and my Airtel Mobile No. is 9746358251 (Kerala). This is the third mobile at my home and is therefore used very rarely. I am very much annoyed with the treatment I have received from Airtel. A few months ago, I made my first complaint regarding Balance Depletion of Rs.2/- every day. I came to know about this only after a few days and when I contacted Customer Care, they informed me that "Cricket Score Alerts" has been activated. I do not follow cricket and I have never subscribed to this service; but still I lost some money due to no fault of mine. The second time balance depletion happened due to "Astrology Alerts" as claimed by their Customer Care, which I did not subscribe to either. The third time, it happened due to some other vague reason. Atleast, the service was stopped on reporting the matter to Customer Care, though I lost some money. When I found about the balance depletion the fourth time on 18th May, I reported the matter again to Customer Care, who have confirmed this time that there was no Value Added Service (VAS) activated; though they did not know the reason for the automatic balance depletion of Rs.2/- per day. The next day (19/05/2012) I visited the Airtel Office at Calicut (Nadakkavu) in person and made a verbal complaint. They promised to solve the matter in 2 days and blamed the Vendor for Airtel (and two other service providers) for this issue. When nothing happened after a week, I visited Airtel Office again on 26/05/2012 and met Mr. Senraj, Airtel Customer Care Head, who also promised to take up the matter and get back to me. But nothing has happened since, and I am still losing Rs.2/- per day for no fault of mine. This sort of treatment from Airtel is highly disgusting. Some irresponsible behaviour cannot be tolerated anymore. Contacting Customer Care (which is chargeable) and speaking to an Executive is also a very annoying process, with the system being not at all user-friendly. I really don't know what service are they providing. I have lost all faith in the brand Airtel. I can see from this forum that mine is not an isolated case and that Airtel is cheating many customers in this manner.
