Reliance is a Fraud Service Provider

I am using Reliance GSM network from more than 2 years didn’t faced any problem with reliance but from the last 15 days my main balance got deducted by some unwanted/unnecessary services that I haven’t requested to reliance. Having DND facility activated on my number (9590622516) some voice calls from the reliance from an unknown number was coming 2-3 times a day. If in case I pick the call my Rs40 balance gone. Now from last 7 days some nonsense service get activated by Reliance automatically without intimating me and when I call Customer Care the Reason given by them itself against Reliance “Due to some Network Interruption some pack get activated”. What a fantastic reason given by them.

Moreover the behavior of Reliance Customer Executives is worse as they are uneducated people. One day I ask name of one the Executive (Sharad Kumar) he replied I can’t tell you my name if you want you can do anything against me I don’t have any fear.
