AirTel unfair Trade Practice I have postpaid mobile connection with Airtel (corporate Plan 345). As per the terms of the plan, 800 local m2M calls and 800 Local SMS are Free.
Though unfair trade practice by Bharati Airtel Ltd., is not new to this world, the notification stating that all SMS sent on 02-08-2009 on Friendship day is chargeable is against all cannon of law.
This notification and subsequent billing of customers for the SMS sent on the Friendship day is unethical, unprofessional and breach of trust and violation contract act (as per the terms and conditions of post paid monthly plans).
