Relaince GSM services is very bad .with out pre intimation money was deducted by the company directly.
Also they are not give values to coustomer.so kindly stop this type of money dection from coustomer.

I am Aadhar from Haryana. I am Reliance GSM user for quite a long now. My number is 9017258583. I have activated a message pack of rupees 39/- on 17th November 2011 and was then charged another 39/- for no reason, making a 39/- rs pack cost me 78/- rs. I called up the customer care for registering a complaint. But the Customer Care Executives paid no heed to my complaint and like every other time were busy turning the blame on me. I called 6-7 times to the complaint department. For the first three times the executive dropped the call. One time for transferring the call to a senior, another for system failure(which was working a couple of minutes before and the previous CCE telling me the exact details). And after the first three times they never connected my call to the complaint department. I have been having such problems before but i ignored it the last few times. But now i have been considering moving to another services but none of your employees would even let me some information on the porting procedure.
Request you to please take action against Reliance GSM for cheating/fraud and not listening to the complaints and not resolving the same.

I am Saurabh from New Delhi. I am Reliance GSM user for quite a long now. My number is 8010051202. I have activated a message pack of rupees 26/- on 7th November 2011, and on 8th Nov. i got a message from reliance that my SMS pack is renewed for next 5 days, and started deducted rs. 1 daily. Then i called the customer care, some of them were blaming me, like you should call Customer care first before any recharge. But one of them told me that you SMS pack will be continuing after 5 days. but they had no information for my money deductions. My SMS Pack is not working since last 4 days, i am calling them but they are not responding well. Today one of the executive told me to change the Message Centre, i did but no luck. then i called them again , this time another executive was talking rudely and was blaming me , he wasn’t listening me and blaming me .i asked him the reason he was saying you don’t have any recharge, make a new recharge. He was completely manner less. Executives are very bad, they are manner less.
I have been having such problems before but i ignored it the last few times. But now i have been considering moving to another service.Request you to please take action against Reliance GSM for cheating/fraud and not listening to the complaints and not resolving the same.

I have not yet received any of your replies to my problem yet. I did receive a call from your center but the employee could not hear my voice(or maybe that is how you treat your customers by turning deaf ear on them) and when i told her that i am just going outside for better coverage she disconnected the line. In short, the problem has yet to be resolved and i cannot even call the customer care. I have a suggestion for you, you can rename your CUSTOMER CARE to CUSTOMERS SCARE.

i am very disappointed with the service of reliance gsm,this things happen with me 3rd time in my number 8100636195, connection is in the name of md.kamran, automatically subscribing the cricket alert news service and its deducting balance from the main account,and whenever i am calling the customer care department they are is not like that sir you are activating this by yourself by dialing numbers, then i said no its not like that its happening automatically, then agent told me that no you are activating it, we have a record in our system, he means to say the customer are liars, so regarding this matter i have place a complaint also he told me that you will get a refund within 2 days(complaint request no is 166032423) its happen on 18/11/2011.but yet now i have not get any refund, and again today(20/11/2011) the same thing happen with me around 2.33 pm again its has deducted rs5 from my main account balance this foolish pack is subscribe, so i want the permanent solution regarding this matter, because in past few days i got a very worst service from the reliance and i am not happy with their customer care department also because that agent spoke to me very rude, he was just trying to told me that i am lying with him..so please do the needful as soon as possible, other wise i will not be able to use reliance gsm.because we don't want that the service we are using is like that, well its not the matter of rs 5/-. Its is the matter of cheating with the customer and making customers fool like this type of service.... So please get back to me soon i will wait for your reply and i believe i will get solution from this problem....

I am Moses from Hyderabad. My number is 7569841676, I've been using GSM from short period. Yesterday i was out of balance i got a message saying that my balance is low and if i recharge with 55 i get 110rs talk time. i got it done today and when there was no balance in my account i called up the customer care but in vain. at first the executive ( Jamil Ahmad ) said that the offer was only for selected customers when i asked him " when i'm not that customer why the hell did you send me that message?" he simply said sorry for the inconvenience. when i asked him how could you be so careless in handling the customer he rudely answered that " you must call the customer care and know before you recharge." is this why the customer care is for? then when i asked him what is the validity of the promotional recharge i have done wrongly because i was unaware of the cheating policy, he said its only for 5 days.. i asked him dont you guys mention the same in the message then he couldnt answer my question properly. then he said he has no idea and said he'l transfer the call to his supervisor and i had to wait 23 mins but still couldnt speak to the supervisor. Reliance is just fleecing money from people. I request you to take action and ask them to restore the money i recharged for i don't even. I am Raj Kamal from Orissa. My number is 9861137068, I've been using GSM from long period. I recharged my number with service pack 35 according to which STD cost will be reduced to Rs25 per minute for 30days but when i call within a minute or for few seconds i have been charged for Rs40/min. and still it is continuing.So i request you to take action and please ask responsible person to restore the money i recharged for i don't even.
