Relaince GSM services is very bad .with out pre intimation money was deducted by the company directly.
Also they are not give values to customer.so kindly stop this type of money detection from customer.

Default Complaint regarding Reliance GSM
Honourable Consumer Court,
I am Aadhar from Haryana. I am Reliance GSM user for quite a long now. My number is 9017258583. I have activated a message pack of rupees 39/- on 17th November 2011 and was then charged another 39/- for no reason, making a 39/- rs pack cost me 78/- rs. I called up the customer care for registering a complaint. But the Customer Care Executives paid no heed to my complaint and like every other time were busy turning the blame on me. I called 6-7 times to the complaint department. For the first three times the executive dropped the call. One time for transferring the call to a senior, another for system failure(which was working a couple of minutes before and the previous CCE telling me the exact details). And after the first three times they never connected my call to the complaint department. I have been having such problems before but i ignored it the last few times. But now i have been considering moving to another services but none of your employees would even let me some information on the porting procedure.
Request you to please take action against Reliance GSM for cheating/fraud and not listening to the complaints and not resolving the same.

Last time i had complain against reliance for the balance deduction but they had not provide me proper information.They simply said that they don`t have information regarding to this.
I request you to take some action against them.

I am sushil kumar. I am frustrated with reliance service. They always deduct the balance with initiating any service from my side. I have called to thm many time , they always deactivate service from my phone but again when i rechange thwy deduct nmy balance. this is happening from 1.5 years. I cant rechange more then 20RS. I recharged the mobile on 26-Nov with 50rs, Reliance deduct 30RS.

Dear sir/madam,
i am very disappointed with the service of reliance gsm,this things happen with me 3rd time in my number 8100636195, connection is in the name of md.kamran, automatically subscribing the cricket alert news service and its deducting balance from the main account,and whenever i am calling the customer care department they are is not like that sir you are activating this by yourself by dialing numbers, then i said no its not like that its happening automatically, then agent told me that no you are activating it, we have a record in our system, he means to say the customer are liars, so regarding this matter i have place a complaint also he told me that you will get a refund within 2 days(complaint request no is 166032423) its happen on 18/11/2011.but yet now i have not get any refund, and again today(20/11/2011) the same thing happen with me around 2.33 pm again its has deducted rs5 from my main account balance this foolish pack is subscribe, so i want the permanent solution regarding this matter, because in past few days i got a very worst service from the reliance and i am not happy with their customer care department also because that agent spoke to me very rude, he was just trying to told me that i am lying with him..so please do the needful as soon as possible, other wise i will not be able to use reliance gsm.because we don't want that the service we are using is like that, well its not the matter of rs 5/-. Its is the matter of cheating with the customer and making customers fool like this type of service.... So please get back to me soon i will wait for your reply and i believe i will get solution from this problem....

I am Pinky Jain a reliance GSM user my number is 9529791392.I did a topup for rs 40/- but got no balance when I called up the customer care informed me that they have started the new scheme of '200 min r2r on 40 rs recharge'.They hadn't given any prior information to the retailer or the consumer(in this case me) in any way about this scheme and validated this scheme on my number without my consent.I dint want any r2r minutes I wanted simple top up.The customer care person was very rude and adamant that its not company's duty to tell the retailer about any scheme they start.Iwant to know is there any action I can take against them and if yes what all proofs would I be needing.

Hi this is asif shah. I live in bandra mumbai and my cell no is 9167756035. I have been facing serious issues
With reliance 3g. I had uses 3g for some months but now i am nt able to use the service due to poor service.
I had recharged my prepaid gsm number with 225rs for 3g but then my 3g service did not start. Instead i received a message
Saying that recharge is sucessfull but the service could not be activated try again later.
I tried contacting the customer care but they gave me the worst experience ever.
None of them were able to help me. At the end afterwaiting for 15 days i gave up.
Now i confirmed with cust care and did a recharge again of 225rs but i am experiencing the same thing again.
My 3g is not yet activated and customer care people can do nothing except lodging a new complaint and makin me wait
Another some days. Even the reliance gallery in bandra west is shut down due to renovation.
Now i am on the brink of losing my patience.
I might start abusing them or just break my sim and throw it. So please help me out here.
