    Default Airtel tariff changed without information

    Sir,
    iam an airtel user, using the number 9567122362. 6 months back i decided to port to other provider because they have much better offers and cheaper call rates than Airtel. But i got a call from customer care and they offered me a plan of 1 paise for 6 seconds to airtel numbers and 1paise for 2 second to other numbers and they didnt mentioned that it has validity limit of 6 months. Nor i got any sms about this hidden condition. Now few days back i noticed that my plan has expired and when i called customer care they are saying it had a validity limit of 6 months. So they cant provide it anymore. This is not fair. If their was any validity limt they have to mentioned it when they introduce this plan to me.But they didnt Say about that condition. and when i called customer care the reply was not satisfactory. The guy was talking like "we cant provide that offer, if you want you can leave airtel " Is this the way you behave to customers ??. I contacted nodal officer and appelate authority but iam not getting any logical reply. they are sending sum short non logical replies. i feel like it is an autogenerated message. And they didnt try to contact me also. I want my offer back or atleast provide an equivalent offer. if i had migrated to other provider that time, i would have got much better offers.

    Default sms limit still 100 in punjab

    dear sir
    The TRAI has increased the limit of sms from 100 to 200(daily) but airtel has not implemented it. is airtel is such a theft prone company which plays with customers money. The beggar is a reputed person in comparison to such a company as BHARTI AIRTEL.

    My Airtel number is 9880376572.

    My prepaid Tariff has got changed wef. 20th Nov'11 without any prior intimation or information..!! How come Airtel be so irresponsible..??
    Please revert my number to old tariff ASAP.

    Respected sir,

    Today a certain amount was deducted from my account balance and when i called customer care and discussed about it then they provide me no answer and gave no response. It was a fake reduction and after that they disconnect my each and every call.
    i request you to seek into my problem and give a fruitfull feedback
