    Default no sim card activation and misconduct



    dear sir
    my name is ashwin i have purchased a tata docomo sim card the number is 7203485353 it has not been activated even after 24 hrs i am not able to call the coustomer care from this no. if i call the other care no ie 9036012345 they said we cant do any thing go to consumer court i kindly ask u to take strict action
