Lost money during IDEA online recharge

    Default Lost money during IDEA online recharge

    I am a subscriber of IDEA cellular ltd and I had tried to recharge the 100sms/day@ Rs.91 offer on 12/nov/2011. Their system deducted money from my account, but rechage was failed due to technical reasons. I have tried 4 times the same procedure and i have got a message from their customercare that the money will be returned back to my account within 8 working days. Then on 12/nov/2011 evening i bought recharge coupon from a local store then the 100sms/day service was activated. Yesterday i have received some messages that, those failure recharges has been credited to my account. But these didn't make any change in my balance, because all of there are offer recharges. So even if I have 5 recharge of the same offer, the effect is same as if i charge one offer. That is 100sms/day fro 30 days. So i have lost my money due to technical problem by idea network. I couldn't understand why they deduct my money and the offer has been activated only yesterday. This was happened by the technical problem by IDEA network.
