Default Relaince prepaid mobile - unauthorised deductions

My reliance prepaid mobile number is 8010835588.

I keep receiving messages that I have subscribed for 'x or y' pack. Honestly I never subscribed for any paid packs and the company in its over-enthusiastic marketing strategy, keeps adding packs to my account and keeps deducting my balance. This is thoroughly unauthorised. When I register a complaint with the Reliance mobile's customr care, that particular pack, they confirm is de-activated. However, a new pack rises. I am caught unaware with unauthorised deductions which costs me a lot.

Pl. do something to not only deactivate all value packs, but CREDIT THE AMOUNT HITHERTO DEDUCTED.

Dear Sir,
Last week someone from Reliance called up and assured to resolve my issue.
But it is over a week's time and no amount is credited to me. I am forced to keep my mobile without balance in it for fear of further deductions, if recharged.
I am not able to use my mobile and therefore want credit immly.

my reliance CDMA No. is 9343926953, Earlier I recieved so many messages that you have subscribed smoe scheme, which were activated with my consent and knowledge. Now these unwanted services are being activated by Company with sending even informing msgs like past. I made complaints so many times and 2-3 times got back the amount wrongly deducted out 11-12 complaints. Now I am very much irritated due to this please help me out.

Dear Reliance,
Amount still not credited. It is almost a month I spent without recharging my mobile. After FIRM AND SPECIFIC ASSURANCE from your representative that no packs will henceforth be activated without my consent, I had to recharge since I want desparate to use the mobile. To my utter shock, again some scheme got activated and amount deducted. What is happening? Is Reliance running on loss and this is the only way to earn money cheating customers?
