    Default Airtel Playing Cheap Tactics to Retain Customer



    I am trying to port a Airtel Number from past one month and airtel has been playing cheap tactics to retain the number.I never excepted such things from such a big company.

    When I applied for porting,airtel rejected it saying Contractual Obligation and then they changed my validity of prepaid card to 2037 from 2012 forcefully without my permission to retain me.

    How can a telecom company change the plan of its customer without the permission of the customer?

    Afterwards I went to the Airtel gallery and after wasting my time,the guy over there sent a email to this senior asking to allow my number to be ported.The guy himself said at the gallery that Airtel does such cheap things to retain customer.

    I ll be resubmitting my porting request.I hope Airtel(Failtel) does not play foul tricks again.
