    Angry airtel harasses consumers

    i purchased a airtel number some three months back. i am a blackberry user so i activated my BIS399 plan, had my free msg plan activated, there was talktime of around 100 in my number. i used the number last night. when i woke up this morning, my phone showed, SIM registration failed. i called them up at 121 and the person i spoke to said that your number has been closed down due to unknown reasons and i cant see the details so you have to go to the airtel showroom.i went there and after making me wait for more then 1 hour they tell me that this number hasnt been used for a long time and has been permanently shut down. i told them that i used it yesterday night only. then they tell me that the number has been registered on the name of some lady i havent even heard of in my entire life. i provided copy of my driver licence, my photograph. when i got the verification call, i gave him all my details. how the hell did the number got registered on some lady's name, only god knows. they refused to refund my BIS and talktime. told me that it would take atleast a week to restart the number. i wanna file a case in the consumer court against airtel for consumer harassment.
