I recently bought a vodafone sim with number 9160544066 . It has been deactivated abruptly without any prior information saying that docs not yet received on 3rd November. I submitted my docs on the same day itself to executive named Vikram At the vodafone outlet, Tirupati. But it didnt get activated till now. I have been fed up visiting vodafone outlet daily and making calls to vodafone support. But still my problem persists. It feels very frustrating for me to do this on regular basis. I can get a new number in half an hour instead of going around these irresponsible guys. Can you please provide me the details how to put a complaint in consumer court against vodafone's torture to me. Kindly mail me @ mvrphani@gmail.com .
