I want to complain about d invalid balance deduction from my service provider Reliance communications ltd. On the night of 17/09/2011, when I send msgs, it charged at normal cost (1Rupee per msg) though I’m having the plan of 1paisa per sms. Wen I called customer care, the representative answered me that the process of auto recharge is going on & till that process I’ll be charged at normal cost. I demanded to transfer the call to the supervisor & complained the same & he gave the same answer. I tried to tell him that if the process is going on, I’ve no problem with that but u should waiver the charge which has cut during this process but he told me that he dint want to discuss further. At that night, my account has recharged twice, 1for 1month & another for 15 days. So, I called the customer care again and he told me that my acc has been recharged for 1 month of msg scheme. And the balance which has deducted for 15 days will be waivered back to me. (No 161814189)
Suddenly, on 02/10/2011, my msgs again charged at normal cost. I thought it might be for the ‘Gandhi Jayanti.’ But when I saw it on another day, I called customer care again (No 162992856) they told me that my complain would be solved in next 4 days. But I got an sms from them conveying that my recharge offer has been already updated in my account.
On 09/10/2011, I finally recharged after a long wait.
