Sir/Madam,
On 22-08-11 i had given a request to convert my post paid connection to prepaid number,to M/S reliance communication Ltd. But insted of converting it to prepaid they have terminated my connection itself and also a bil for the month of september to october 14 has been send.I had been to the nearby reliance store to get this resolved a couple of time ,But no response.

Initially i was told it will be processed within 7 days ,later an addition of 5 days .Till date they have not processed my request and more over services to my no 9543042697 was disconnected including calls to the custmercare no 198.The reliance mobile store outlet in koundampalayam ,coimbatore seems to be processing my requests and give silly reason.
