Sir, My Vodafone no is 9991138649. Automatically on 28 Oct 2011, my mobile was displaying invalid SIM. On same day I approached to Vodafone Cust Care, Ambala Cantt and was told that the sim has to be replaced, it can be replaced on or after 01 Nov 2011because the Vodafone system software is being upgraded. After a long wait again I approached to Vodafone Cust Care, Ambala Cantt and taken a new sim on payment of Rs.25/-. I was informed that the system software upgradation is still under progress, it will take another few days not to tell the exact date of completion. Till now the display is invalid sim. The Balance on Vodafone no.9991138649 is approximately around Rs.300/-. I was using the sim for the past three years, never faced such a huge problem. My Complaints are: 1. Without doing anything how a sim can become invalid? 2. Due to the system upgradation why a customer should suffer? 3. When the sim will be activated? 4. What sort of compensation will be given to me for the problem I am facing? 5. Why I have to pay Rs.25 for a new sim, though the sim was not lost or damaged?
