Default Reliance GSM Prepaid - Amount Deducted Wrongly & Poor Response from CC

    Dear Customer Care,

I have Rs 69 (night pack, reliance to reliance unlimited free) activated on my phone no. +91 9595914403

Yesterday I recharged with Rs 100 pack against which got Rs 86 TT.
To my utter surprise suddenly for night call made around 1:00 AM Rs 50+ was deducted at rate of 1p / sec even when this call was to Reliance number & part of night pack free calls.
I tried calling 198 for lodging complaint... guess made some 6 calls & spoke to different people each time. Either the call was hung up or dropped in-between. Further since 09:30 today I am unable to speak to any Customer Care executive as IVR is automatically closing call.
I am really fedup following so much for poor service management by Reliance Team. There is complete apathy towards consumers.
You have deducted money wrongly & consumer is forced to run from Pillar to Post.

Request you to pls revert the wrongly charged money back to my account.

While someone did call me post this complaint, to be honest the chat was not at all cordial.... Even after my repeated pleas there was no change in attitude I was forced to end the call saying that "Yes Reliance is right & consumer is wrong!!"

It would have been better if mine was postpaid rather than prepaid... then obviously won't have been forced to follow up like anything with Customer Care.
