My mobile no. Is 9773506097. I am trying to port to aircel since march, in staring they used to directly rejected by saying you can't port for 3 month. After completing 3 month then rejected by saying you can't port out for a year. Then in september i mail my issue to loop mobile.from there a mail come to me by saying thir customer care agent will contact me. Then after a couple of days when no one contact me, i again mail to loop mobile then again they send the same mail, but this time there was call from loop mobile saying that you can port out. Then on 25/10/2011, i generate a u.p.c. Code that is lm682258 and give to aircel to port.but still after 8 days when no action is taken, i mail to them that please allow me to port out. Then a call came from loop mobile saying resubmit your document to the operator to which you want to go.then i go to aircel to resubmit my document they say the document is with them only no need to resubmit and they show me in there pc that loop has not accepted your port out request yet. Can you tell me how to deal with this and can i take a ligal action aginst them i really want to teach them a nice lession so that they stop harashing the people.
