    Default Vodafone bad customer service

    Hi,


    I took a new connection 09886618878 with Rs206 plan on 27th September in the name of Devakumar.R providing all the scanned documents through vodafone.in Internet website. I got a call from Vodafone saying we received all your documents so pls provide your Identity Card and collect the SIM. The Vodafone executive came to my place and delivered the SIM on next day. Issue started from here




    (1) They gave me the SIM and activated within fours hours from the delivered time but the tariff plan was not activated. To activate tariff plan Rs206 they took fours days after calling 10 times to customer care and sent so many mails to vodafonecare.kar@vodafone.com.


    (2) Even Customer care executive were not aware of this plan and this plan is clearly shown in the vodafone.in website I sent all those information to Customer care still was not activated. After so many mails between me and vodafone, at-last it was activated .
    (3) Days were passed smooth for one month. Now again issue started with them.


    (4) Now my connection has been deactivated and the reason is unknown. Called several times vodafone customer care and did not get proper response even after raising the complaint 232512167 with them. I am not sure whether they do know the right information or not and they use to keep on hold for 5 - 7 minutes always. Whenever we call customer care executive, we are not getting proper response from them.Now in this case they made me hold and sometimes they cut the call also. I do not know what to do with this number and balance is almost more than 150rs........


    (5)Customer Service is very worst........ Even they could not speak english........ Please try to solve this problem

    Hi Consumer Court team,

    I went Vodafone store Indira nagar Bangalore to get clarification on this number 0988661887 and they said that my tariff validity has been expired and told me to recharge rs46. Here I want to bring you notice that this is new connection which was activated 27th September 2011 with rs206 plan which has 3 years tariff validity. How come my validity can expire within one month from the activate date.…. I told the same to Vodafone executive and they took complaint No 1373598066 and still it’s not resolved.



    Please help in this regard.........

    Default Incoming Call baring

    Dear Sir,

    I have one videocon sim No ; 9080120944 it used past 1 year but now the sim not geting any incoming call & Msg for last 20 days. I was inform to customer care they are not response to me they are told ours side nothing problem your mobile is problem and then i put sim more than 20 mobile then also my not get any income call and msg. Then i ask my port number they are not given. kindly make solution.
