Sim Card Registration Failed. I Lost my simcard of Vodafone (08086517421). and duplicated it at the Vodafone store Kollam on 19/10/2011.
The duplicate sim shown sim card registration failed and after three days, they gave me a new sim card bearing serial NO:899146216027428260 2 HLR2
till date(04/11/2011), the new sim card is also showing the same. I have tried the sim in different phones also. I have companied in the same vodafone store several times and the problem is not yet solved. The vodafone store representative says, It is a problem of entire vodafone network. nothing can be done by any higher authorities even, and the untrained customer care executives will miss guide you to stores. while the vodafone customer care executive says to interact with the vodafone store.
Please help me in this matter.
