My mobile number is 8008005353. I raised request to PORT OUT from Tata Docomo and request airtel for PORT IN (UPC: TA284989). This request was supposed to be closed by 27th October 2011 4PM.
Since that day... everytime I'm following with DOCOMO customer care/nodal officers. Tata Docomo customer care executives and nodal officers (Sreelatha, Kamala and Prashanth) say "They have escalated the issue to the concerned team, its progress and takes 24hrs".
I contacted DOCOMO customer care on Friday, 29th October 2011 - They said "Issue is escalated to concerned department and would be resolved by 24hrs"
But nothing happened
I contacted DOCOMO customer care on Saturdaym, 30th October 2011 - They said "Issue is escalated to concerned department and would be resolved by 24hrs"
Nothing happened again.....
Got frustated and this time, I contacted DOCOMO Nodal Officer (Sreelatha at 9030000121) on Monday, 1st November 2011 - She said "Sorry for the inconvinience,
Issue is escalated to concerned department and would be resolved by 24hrs"
nothing happened again.............
Again contacted DOCOMO Nodal Officer (Prashanth at 9030000121) on Tuesday, 2nd November 2011 - He said "Sorry for the inconvinience,
Issue is escalated to concerned department and would be resolved by 24hrs"
The Point of Contact at Airtel Relationship Center, Moosapet, Hyderabad says "Docomo has not yet released the services"
I WANT TO KNOW WHEN DOCOMO IS GOING TO RELEASE THE SERVICES AND I CAN BE PORTED TO AIRTEL?????????????????????????
