VMC activation without my consent

    Thumbs down VMC activation without my consent

    I am a vodafone customer since jan 2011. Since then i have faced many problems. The latest in the list is Vodafone Mobile Connect activation without my consent and started deduction from my balance. My balance started deducting from 19 Oct 2011. I filed immediate complaints but I am still not satisfied. No one is replying after one email from customer care. I have written to Nodal officer, her name is Sushma. I have not received any call from her office till the time. Not just that, I asked customer care executives to provide me code to deactivate the service twice and both time they gave me wrong code to send top 56789 which is not toll free and charged me 6 rupees. I am not talking about the money part.. i just want to take your attention that how unprofessional executives are and if you can not tell how to deactivate a service nor you can deactivate it on your end then what is the way out. I would like to mention, that I am fighting and wasting my money to deactivate a service which i never activated.

    If any vodafone executive is listening then reply me..

    My complaint numbers are
    1. Complaint # 213566292 for refund of amount deduction
    2. Complaint # 213563699
    for deactivation of VMC
    3.. Complaint # 213649071
    for refund of amount deduction and

    Okay then post your reply publicly. It was stupid reply. You never answer questions asked by a customer. you only write whatever you want to say. I raised 4 questions in my email including "Why did you activated VMC without my persmission" and "how come Appellate Authority's mail box is full from last so many days". Where a customer will go if dispute authorities are in question?

    I never get a status of my complaint numbers written below... then what is the use of these complaints?
    1. Complaint # 213566292 for refund of amount deduction
    2. Complaint # 213563699 for deactivation of VMC
    3.. Complaint # 213649071 for refund of amount deduction and

    I have seen so many complaints about the same thing.. You guys are activating services on their own and making hefty revenue. This is third time when i am captured in your wrong practice.

    Good practice! You target a group of 1 lac customers. Activate services like caller tunes or VMC or VL on their own, charge 30 rupees each and generate hefty revenue. And because 30 rupees is not a big amount today.. no body complaints after 1 or 2 phone calls... very good VODAFONE.. Change your tag line to HAPPY TO CHEAT YOU.

    Angry Vodafone's pathetic services

    In your reply you did not answer my queries. Tell me "Why did you activated VMC without my permission?" "When i have asked you to deactivate VMC on 26th OCT then why did you charged 26 rupees on 28th Oct?". I was not using your vodafone mobile connect services. I use my home and work wi-fi connection for internet usage that is why keep my phone on auto settings.. I am not going to change my settings everywhile because vodafone activates or deactivates services without customers permission.

    Answer my questions here.
