Dear Sir,

I want to bring into your notice that Airtel is using illegal means of
finding out numbers and collecting dues. My number with airtel was
9900230188.

This is a email which I wrote to airtel as they are cheating me by telling
my old payments are due.

*Dear Sir,

I am happy with airtel but not any more, this month suddenly the bill amount
is showing as previous balance , when I called you airtel customer care and
spoke to saraswathi and shalini they said my february months bill is
pending. whereas i have the bill and i have not missed till now.

Please check the bill number 729348493 , and get a cross check done.

If this issue is not rectified i will close my connection with immediate
effect by paying the current bill* .

I got a reply stating that those bills are not in their records which I will
submit to you once you take up action against them, Now since the issue was
not resolved and i did not get any reply from Airtel with respect to this, I
told them i will not pay any further untill the bill issue is sorted out.

*Now they are calling all numbers which is in my bill and asking for my
address and phone number by harrasing my relatives and friends.

The numbers are 9972473543 name Deepti and other numbers are 080 26788840
and 9980988292.

I am ready to clear their dues provided they solve my billing issue , but
here they are showing act of goonda and trying to collect from me illegally
by calling others, i want to file a case against them and claim
compensation.
