Sir,
The BSNL NETWORK at DIRANG (ARUNACHAL PRADESH) is always in a horible condition. Neither the landline nor the Mobile are working and bsnl is not taking any action against it. IF BSNL is charging monthly bill then they must provide 365 days service.


Kindly resolve this problem

Hello,

I have already raised two complaints with Airtel Custome service. I did not get any update on those. I had received a call from Airtel when I was busy in the meeting and requested a call back. I never received a call back.

My complaint# 1

I called a local number (0251) to Ulhasnagar on 31st January. The call went on to answering machine. It asked me to leave a message. I hung up without leaving a message. This happened for about a few seconds. After I hung up, I got a message that I was charged for 6.40 Rs. Since it was
a local call though was answered by an answering machine, I was expecting to be charged locally which should have been a few paise. But i was charged enormously (6.40Rs).

My complaint# 2

I got a missed call on 5th Feb. Thinking that it would be a genuine call, I called back. I was answered by a recording. I hung up.
Immediately after that i got three text messages out of then the last one said that I had subscribed for hello tunes and was charged
10Rs.

I request in both cases my money back. I was charged illegally without my knowledge.

I HAVE A BSNL LANDLINE CONNECTION AT MY HOME (07744-223751),rajnandgaon, chhattisgarh.
I have a broadband connection on that phone but it is not working since 2 weeks . i have complained several times for the same 2 customer care but still its not working.
Kindly look into the matter.
