Complaint against tata docomo for voilation of dnd serivce Hello
i am writing this complaint against tata docomo teleservice,i took a docomo mobile connection with no 7736568606 in my id(midhin george ,munpurakkal h,thuthiyoor,csez po),i used to get lot of sms from the service provider,so i activated dnd on ma cell on 28th septemper 2011,but i couldnt find any relief as they send sms regularly on every hour,on 13th october i registerd a complaint on docomo customer care (complaint no-pgsr09384037),they assured me that within 5 days the problem will be solved.again the result was same.on 25 october i called the customer care again ,this time they asked me to wait until 29th,today on 30th am forced complain against their service.i think 7 days is the time alloved for them to activate dnd,but they made me wait still,so kindly consider my complaint

Unnecessary subscription 12/11/2011 - Unnecessary subscription (such as meaningless message on 54321,etc pack) has been activated on my mobile no +918121909234(Service Provider :TATA DOCOMO GSM service, India) without my permission. I have never subscribed to any such service. This is not the first time,its happening continuosly. A couple a day before balance was deducted in same way without me subscribing to any such facility and yesterday(11/11/11) unreasoningly my balance is deducted.I recharged with an amount of Rs 150/- and its being Rs; 49/- deducted.I hereby, request the company to refund my money and unsubscribe me from any such service and the same should be informed me.
