    Default Vodafone prepaid balance getting deducted automatically since 18 October 2011

    Hi,

    This is Aakarsh Sharma and my mobile number is 9999880141 (Delhi). Since 18 Oct 11, I have been getting network messages on my home screen of Blackberry 9300 which has various heads like 1. Network Date, 2.. Network Usage, 3. Network Cost. I get this message in every 5 minutes and the balance gets deducted. I am attaching a screenshot of the same problem.

    I am using Vodafone Blackberry plan of 399 per month and I had got my Vodafone Live services deactivated months back. I realised that I could still open Vodafone Live (WAP) browser which ideally should not open after deactivation. After this I called Vodafone Customer Care at least 10 times during the past week and sent two emails and they said they are not aware why are vodafone live services still working because as per there records the service is off and said there is some technical issue.
    But I still sent the sms CAN VL to 144 on 19th october again and I got the following reply -
    "Hello! Vodafone Live service is currently not active on your Vodafone mobile phone.For daily alerts on astro,stock,news etc.Dial *123*01# @Rs 50/mnth."
    If my Vodafone Live Services are stopped then how can I open the WAP browser still and the balance is getting deducted still since past 10 days!!
    PS - I am not browsing any videos on my phone through internet.

    Request if anyone can help me with this asap as i am frustrated from the past 10 days with Vodafone services

    I got a call from your nodal office and I was informed that the balance is getting deducted because of Vodafone Mobile Connect Services (VMC) which needs to be deactivated. Firstly, I never got this service activated so how can it possibly get activated on its own.

    On the first call, your customer care representative told me the wrong message 'CAN VMC' to the wrong number '144'. I got a reply that "you have entered the wrong keyword"

    I got another call from the same person and this time he asked me to send the message 'VMC DEL' to '56789'. To this I got a reply " Hello! Vodafone Mobile Connect Service is already active on your Vodafone Mobile phone" and I was charged 5 Rs for this sms.

    Clearly, I was asked to send the wrong message both the times and plus I was charged for nothing and the same problem of balance getting deducted automatically remains. Is this how Vodafone takes care of its customers??

    Default My Vodafone balance is automatically deducting since 20 oct my no. 9999469897 (Delhi)

    My mobile number is 99998469897 (Delhi) & my name is Prateek Aneja. I have blackberry 9300 & from 20 oct continuesly my balance is deducting in 5-5 minutes , i already went customer care center & already sent the code which is CAN VL to 144 but the vodafone live services is still activated to my phone . I'm trying to contact customer care through 198 every time i cannot able to connect to the customer care what the hell is going with vodafone . I'll gona complain to consumer court against this . Please sort out this problem.
