Dear Sir,
Reliance is deducting my balance by two means

i) Every time I send sms for deactivation of my sms pack,
they just activate again and again,
this is happening every time.
ii) When they activate 5p per sms,
still they cut my 1rupee per sms,
I send 24 sms and my 24 rupees were deducted

Hence this is very much unfair with reliance customers.
So, I kindly request to take serious action against this.
