I have been using Vodafone no: 9962080631(Chennai circle) for more than 5 yrs. Last week (on 16th Oct) I did a bonus of Rs.125/- through Easy-charge. Till date it has not been activated and I have literally been robbed with high call charges of 60p/min. I lodged a complaint with customer care and they gave me a complaint number 1319870326. They said my request would be completed by 20 Oct 6pm but till date nothinbg has happened. It has caused mental agony to me. The most painful thinbg is the lethargy of customer care people who ask me to even port to other networks. Is this fair? I am totally disappointed with Vodafone. Everyone thinks you are one of the best service providers but you can't activate my bonus nor refund the money. Nobody even has the courtesy to call me back.
