After that there was no balance update in my idea prepaid account.But Rs 60 were deducted from my online net banking account.
I called up customer care 12345 which is again chargeable, and got different answers from different executives.But no resolution.
Then I had to move to My idea shoppe from where I have been guided to this email ID for assistance.Even the shoppe person had advised my to not at all to use online facility, which sound really strange.
I don't understand why there is not resolution of the issue so far. Rather I have been rolled from one person to another and from customer care to My idea shoppe.

I have just used Mobile number Portability just 1 week before to get idea service and was never expecting those kind of issues at all.
Now I am thinking that my decision of acquiring IDEA was not good.
