My number is 09098243109 in Madhya Pradesh region, service provider- Reliance GSM . i usually stay outside so i keep this number inactive. Sms pack of rs 39 was active on this no. and my no was inactive from 1st august,2011 to 21st oct,2011. On 1st august my balance was Rs 99 and i had deactivated the sms pack at the time and received a successful message for that. yesterday (21st oct )when i put my sim , my balance was Rs 3.5. <br><br>I am fed up with reliance and their deduction.<br>Talking to customer care is not at all useful, they really don't know meaning of customer "CARE".<br>I have experienced this before also and they never return your money. They will blame you for activating some blah-blah service which you have never heard of before.<br>This kind of cheating is a part of reliance service???<br>I felt one should never keep balance more than Rs 20 in reliance otherwise they will deduce that.<br>i kindly request you to look into this matter and take the necessary action ..if situations like this continues i'll be forced to change my service provider.<br><br>Purva Rawat<br>e-mail- purva.rawat1@gmail.com
