    Default Vodafone so-called "Happy to Help" customer care

    I applied for a new vodafone post-paid connection. I was promised that my connection will be activated within 3 days. But its more already a week and the connection is not activated. But what is worse is the way the customer care is treating me and the things I came to know about Vodafone services

    First of all when I went to the vodafone store, they had a single answer for all my questions, to contact their executive who collected my documents. As if I had purchased the connection not from Vodafone but some random door-to-door salesman.

    When I asked them to cancel my request for a new connection if they are not going to activate it for so long. They said it cannot be done for three months one I request for a new number.

    One fact that people who plan to take Vodafone customer should now:-

    Your number is barred for 15 days from talking to Vodafone customer executive(through 111 or 9830098300) , if they think you have called them too-many-times. (Apparently 2 times is too much for them)

    So to sum it up, Vodafone is neither activating my connection nor cancelling my connection. And I cannot get in touch with customer care over phone. And the store people are not helping me in any ways.
