Complaint wrt my Reliance GSM Punjab prepaid No 8591221429 Dear Sir / Madam,
I'm harassed by Reliance and their dirty practices. Constantly some or the other packs are being activated on my No without my knowledge and balance being deducted from my account. Also their customer support have failed to resolve the issue. The Nodal office is further defunct.
I'm fed up with this. I've already wasted a hell of time and energy to sort out the pertaining issues, but to no effect.
Thus I write to you. Request you to take up these cases with the operator.

Fed up of Reliance connection Dear Sir,
I bought a Reliance number 7814259965 thinking that my expenditure would be low. But I am terribly harassed by them & thus I'm forced to write to a higher authority whom I'm looking upto for some Help. Every now & then I receive SMS's saying some pack has been activated..all without my consent. Customer care just refuses to accept DND request. I have requested several times thru' SMS also, but to no avail. Now when i call up the customer care, they hang up without giving any resolution. I have all the necessary proofs of trying my level best to sort it out, but now I know how these cheats are minting money & burning our pockets. Kindly intervene.
