    Default Wrong Balance Deduction in Airtel Mobile & Dissatisfaction of Services

    Dear Sir,This is PRERNA.My no. is 9662528968.This is to inform you that I am not happy with airtel services.Problem is that from my account automatically balance got deducted 50Rs & message came that Hungama Content Game on 8th Oct.@4pm.I dont know how you can deduct balance without any permission.Without even touching the mobile,balance got deducted, how is it possible.When called on customer care, they only say that it is correctly deducted & will not be refunded anyhow.How they/you can treat customer like that.On 14th Oct, Rs 50 were credited in my a/c which was wrongly deducted.butagain Rs 65 were deducted automatically & sms came that some value pack is downloaded.I don't understand what type of services they are providing?crediting & debiting the amounts of customers.Really its too much ridiculous now to be a customer of your Airtel.The balance which was refunded 50Rs in the morning & on the same day in evening 65Rs balance got deducted on 14-10-11 & sms came some Value Pack is activated.After 65rs daily 1Rs gets deducting without any intimation.It seems that Airtel is playing game with customer's balance.We have not taken sim to spend time on your customer care & you dont even care to answer customer's mails or complaintsAll the mails I did on email id which was given to me by cust. care but now I came to know that all mails have failed.Now i am too much irrated about thisJust do the needful immediately & refund the amount.My alternate number-9510272825Thanks & RegardsPRERNA VASWANI

    Dear Sir,

    I'm Deeksha n my no. is 9731156274.This is to inform you that I am not happy with airtel services.Problem is that from my account [COLOR=#009900 !important]automatically[/COLOR] balance is getting [COLOR=#009900 !important]deducted[/COLOR] from the time i got a duplicate sim on having lost my original sim.I dont know how you can deduct balance without any [COLOR=#009900 !important]permission[/COLOR].Without even touching the mobile,balance is getting deducted, how is it [COLOR=#009900 !important]possible[/COLOR].When called on [COLOR=#009900 !important]customer[/COLOR] care, they do not answer the call and immeadiately send an sms asking for feedback on how the customer care executive resolved my problem without doing anything.How they/you can treat customer like that.I have lost Rs150 in the same manner thinking the problem would be resolved soon but nothing happened now i'm left with only Rs6 balance and i'm scared to get recharge done as i have no hopes on ur service.I don't understand what type of services they are providing?crediting & debiting the amounts of [COLOR=#009900 !important]customers[/COLOR].Really its too much ridiculous now to be a customer of your Airtel.Before i always had a problem of balance getting deducted for unwanted service packs without me activating n after repeated complaints it stopped i was happy about it and now its hell.
    I have not taken sim to spend time on your customer care & you dont even care to answer customer's mails or complaints.Just do the needful immediately & refund the amount.

    Default unnecessary balance deduction from my account

    Dear Rakesh Sir,
    Mera naam gaurav hai, mai pichle 4 saalon se airtel ka ye no. Use kr rha hu .
    Pichle kuch dino se mere acc me se unnecessary balance ka deduction hone lga h.
    Maine 20 nov ko 8 pm k smthng 98 Rs. & 30 ka rcharg krvaya.
    Mjhe 1gb net for 30 day & 23 Rs. Main blnc me mile.
    Ek msz fb pr send kiya 1.50 Rs less hua to blnc 21 smthg rh gya jb maine mrng me 21 nov 2011 ko blnc chck kiya to 16 Rs hi tha.....
    Kya aap bta skte h mere acc me se bina kisi information k ye deduction q hua.

    Incoming calls are barred on 9972324462

    Hi, I purchased a nokia c2 01 handset recently since i lost my previous cell phone. I submitted all the necessary doccuments at a nearby airtel store for the same number since i ve been using the number from past 3 years. I was given a duplicate simcard and was told to wait for 4 hours for the number to get activated. The number was then activated but incoming calls were barred. I tried calling airtel c/s and one of the executives insisted me to check with the shopkeeper who sold me the mobile since the problem existed with him. Following his instructions, i did go to that concerned person, but he showed me that my mobile worked on other simcards and the problem remained with the network and not the handset. Since 15/11/2011, i ve been contacting airtel c/s but all in vain. They are not bothered to look into my query. They ve been giving me false promises. I spoke to few inefficient supervisors who could not resolve the issue. Am a dissatisfied customer and can i file a complaint against the network?
