    Default deduction on providing hello tunes facility

    On 06/10/2011 I received a call and start listening I didn't give any response and after sometime it disconnect. After sometime i received 2 messages from AM-54888; (1) thank you for choosing hello tunes U have been charged Rs 30/- for 30 days.(2) U have been charged Rs 5/- ur hello tune has been changed. on 07/10/11 i read the messages and contacted airtel customer care to refund the amount saying that as per our computer details u have submitted response, I argued but he rejected my complaint for refunding deducted amount than I told to deactivate the hello tune bearing loss of Rs35/-. again on 09/10/2011 same thing happened, they give a call, simply i listen and call disconnected from their side i didn't give any response . This time Rs 20 for 2o days hello tunes and Rs 5 for changing hello tunes has been deducted. Interesting thing is that both the times the last song they heard me automatically become my hello tune which was same. Again I contacted customer care , same reply I received from customer care officer, after arguing she become ready to refund only Rs 25/-. I asked why are you not refunding Rs 35/-, she told we can refund amount only with in 24 hours , i told him i had made complaint with in 24 hours but they refused if u want i can complaint no. but she refused. Now how i can get Rs 35/- back.( My no. is 9406769699 that i have ported from bsnl to airtel)
