I even did this few days back itself. Its very pity to see that a link from you. I need status. Please do the needful immediately. Assume IDEA is stopping all their outgoing customers by MNP without giving any status. Very BAD... At least can you let me know to whom i have to reach to know the status.

I have sent an SMS to Idea customer care for shifting my service from IDEA to Vodafone. I got two times Idea portability number. but what they have sent is not the correct number. Again they are deducting amount 3 time more than the call charge. i gave complaint to customer care, they promised me to correct this problem, but again doing same thing. and even i called 100 times to customer care, but they are not receiving my call.Please help me what i can do.
